Clerk: Hon. Michael Ngala

Hon Ngala's biography

Born on 12^th October, 1977, the Hon. CPA Michael Bidii Ngala is the Clerk of the County Assembly.

He is an expert in Public Administration and Finance.

Between the year 2000 and 2006, Mr Ngala served as an accountant in the defunct County Council of Kilifi and rose to the position of a Senior Accountant between April, 2006 to May, 2012. He further rose to the position of the Town Treasurer between May 2012 and June, 2013 in the defunct town council of Taita Taveta.

At the inception of devolution in 2013, the Hon. CPA Michael Bidii Ngala served as an Interim Principal Finance Officer at the County Assembly of Taita Taveta between June to December, 2013.

In March 2014, the Hon. CPA Michael Bidii Ngala became the Clerk to the County Assembly of Taita Taveta.

In January, 2019 he moved to the County Assembly of Kilifi where he diligently serves as the Clerk of the County Assembly.
